The way we work

1. First of all you can complete the search form to find and select properties from our huge database rental properties. Alternatively, you can click on our website Contact tab and send us an enquiry Form  with your wishes, preferences, exact rental dates and your maximum budget.

2. We will then check on the availability of your chosen property or, in accordance with your enquiry form criteria, we will send you a selection of suitable properties.

3. If you decide that you would like to visit some of the properties, we can organise viewings for you.

4.   Once you have chosen your Dream Home our lawyers will prepare the Rental Contract with the Owner of the property.

5.    Then you can sign the Rental Contract directly with the property Owner.

* Please note that our agency fees are not included in the published rental price. For short term rentals (less than 6 months) our agency fees are 10% to 20% of the rental contract amount (depending of the final rental price).
